YTL AI Labs has partnered with Yes (by YTL Communications) to expand ILMUchat, Malaysia’s AI, to over 3 million users.
ILMUchat is uniquely designed for Malaysians, blending advanced AI with local language understanding. It recognizes nuances in Malaysian culture, including regional differences in food and local acronyms, all while accommodating conversations in Bahasa Melayu, English, Chinese, dialects, and Manglish.
New Features
The latest release of ILMUchat allows users to create presentation slides, design posters, and build mini-applications and games. Users can draft letters, proposals, and messages, sending them directly via WhatsApp or email with one click.
The interface is designed for Malaysian users, featuring a Bahasa Melayu-first approach and localised examples in Manglish. Users can select tones for communication ranging from formal to casual. For local recommendations, ILMUchat connects users to Maps for directions, and it features a voice with a Malaysian accent.
ILMUchat Basic and Pro Plans
YTL AI Labs has launched ILMUchat’s commercial pricing model. The Basic plan offers free access to core features with limited use of premium options like slide generation and app building.
For unlimited access to advanced features, the Pro plan is available at RM50 per month.
