Malaysia’s Wing Hing Motorsports will compete this weekend (21-24 May) in the TSS The Super Series and Thailand Super Series. They have the largest group of drivers and will defend their GT4 Class title, fielding four cars and eight drivers in the Super Touring Class.

In the GT4 Class, Wing Hing Motorsports will race as the defending champion. Mitchell Cheah will lead the team this year, with Naquib Azlan taking on a new role as the team’s driver engineer and coach.

Cheah will be joined by Ryan Wong from Hong Kong in the #39 Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2, competing in the Pro-Am Class. Wong raced for Wing Hing Motorsports in last year’s Super Touring Class and is part of the team’s Customer Racing Program aimed at helping young Asian drivers.

After finishing 4th in GT4 in their debut year in 2024 (missing four out of ten races) and winning the overall title last year, Wing Hing Motorsports will rely on its strong record last year (three wins, four second places, and two third places) at this weekend’s race at the Chang International Circuit.
“After winning the championship in my Debut GT4 season, I am happy to be back once again to compete in Thailand but this time we’re moving from the silver/silver pairing of drivers to silver/bronze pairing. The preparations have been going well as we are of course to improve as we go, so naturally my target will be to defend and win a second consecutive title,” said Cheah. “It won’t be easy, but I’ll be sure to give my all as always in a field of competitive teams and drivers. This is a team sport and everyone has been working hard behind the scenes to get to where we are today and I have to thank Wing Hin Motorsports for the immense support.”
This year’s GT4 race lineup will feature at least five Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2 cars, along with the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport, Mercedes-AMG GT4, and Aston Martin Vantage.

In the Thailand Super Series Super Touring Class, Wing Hin Motorsports will be led by the #36 Toyota Vios driven by Nabil Azlan and CIMB-sponsored driver Amer Harris.
A second Toyota Vios, #9, will be raced by Nick Teo and Ian Wong. This will be Teo’s second year in the Thailand Super Series after racing a Toyota Yaris last year, while it will be Ian Wong’s first year in this highly competitive class.
Two Toyota Yaris cars, #38 and #39, will also compete strongly for the Malaysian team. The #38 Yaris will be driven by Dannies Ng, who is in his 9th year with Wing Hin Motorsports, and Jwan Hii, the 2025 Vios Challenge Sporting Class champion, who is making his debut in Thailand.
The #39 Yaris will pair Varunchit Wattanathanakun (Monai) from Thailand with Lady driver Mekkaradkeeta Kalantananda (Ni-Ne). Wattanathanakun previously raced with Teo and finished 7th overall in 2025; both are also competing in the Toyota Malaysia 2026 Vios Gold Challenge and Vios Classic Challenge.
The Super Series and Thailand Super Series will have five rounds, starting this weekend at the Chang International Circuit in Buriram. Round 2 is scheduled from 1-5 July at the Bangsaen Grand Prix international street racing festival in Chonburi. Rounds 3 and 4 will be held at the Petronas Sepang International Circuit from 21-23 August and 18-20 September, respectively, with the finale returning to Chang International Circuit from 30 October to 1 November.
