Setia Awan has signed an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a group of retail and lifestyle partners. The signing event took place at the Fona Vista Sales Gallery and marks a key step in developing the Bukit Ampang Permai community. This agreement ensures that future residents of the new Fona Vista development will have access to high-quality amenities and services right at their doorstep.

The collaboration includes seven well-known brands from the grocery, healthcare, and food sectors. These partners are B Grocer, Haji Basheer, CU Malaysia, Little Salty Café, Malaysia Chicken Rice (MCR), and Alpro Pharmacy. This carefully chosen group shows Setia Awan’s dedication to creating complete communities that focus on convenience, health, and quality of life.
This MoU indicates a mutual intent to integrate these brands into Avenue F, Bukit Ampang Permai’s first neighborhood mall. Targeted for completion by Q3 2027, the development aims to create a vibrant social hub for the community. Setia Awan plans to onboard diverse tenants to enhance the mall’s vibrancy and address community needs.
“Today’s signing is more than just a business arrangement; it is about fulfilling our promise to create value for our homeowners,” said Eric Chew, Chief Operating Officer – Project, Setia Awan. “By partnering with established names like our partners here today, we are ensuring that the lifestyle at Bukit Ampang Permai is as seamless as it is sophisticated. As we continue to welcome more brands into the fold, Avenue F will truly redefine suburban convenience and community living.”
Fona Vista is a hillside condominium project located 145 metres above sea level next to the Hulu Langat Forest Reserve, providing scenic forest views and a cooler climate, while being easily accessible to Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Additionally, Setia Awan has partnered with Billion Group for two projects in Melaka, enhancing grocery options for future residents. This collaboration will also extend to upcoming developments in the Klang Valley, including Selayang, Shah Alam, and Tanjung Malim.
