
MINI Malaysia has introduced its first group of MINI Geniuses in Malaysia, with six Geniuses now stationed at different dealerships to enhance customer experience for MINI clients.

According to Benjamin Nagel, Managing Director of BMW Group Malaysia, the aim is to provide personalized guidance and attention to ensure customers comprehend and appreciate all features of their desired MINI vehicle.
These Geniuses undergo extensive training at the BMW Group Regional Training Centre in Cyberjaya to elevate the MINI customer experience. They help customers navigate the buying process by offering product presentations, test drives, and a pressure-free sales environment.
The initial batch of MINI Geniuses are stationed at key dealerships in locations such as Ara Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, Balakong, Tebrau, Setia Alam, and Bangsar. The focus is to establish a stronger connection with customers from the beginning of their MINI journey, providing a seamless and knowledgeable experience throughout.
