YTL AI Labs join forces with MyDigital ID for secure access to ILMUchat

YTL AI Labs has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MyDigital ID to integrate MyDigital ID as a secure login method for ILMUchat via a seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) experience. The signing took place during at the “MyDigital ID: Powering Trusted Digital Access Across Malaysia’s Digital Ecosystem” forum.

YAB Dato’ Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid bin Hamidi, Deputy Prime Minister, accompanied by Fadrizul Hasani, Chief Solutions Officer of YTL AI Labs, during a visit to the YTL AI Labs booth at the MyDigital ID forum in Kuala Lumpur. YTL AI Labs, is the heart of innovation in AI at YTL Power International Berhad.

Attended by the Prime Minister’s Department (JPM) and monitored by the National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA), MyDigital ID provides a secure and trusted method for verifying digital identities. It connects directly to government databases without storing personal data and complements MyKad by simplifying online access through a single digital credential.

With this integration, users can access ILMUchat via MyDigital ID without creating new credentials, improving convenience and user experience.

Speaking at the “Dialogue: Digital Done Right – Scaling Trust, Access and Experience” panel, Fadrizul Hasani, Chief Solutions Officer of YTL AI Labs, said, “At YTL AI Labs, we believe that the true scalability of digital innovation rests on a foundation of trust. We fully support the government’s vision to build a unified, safe, and interoperable digital ecosystem through MyDigital ID, enabling all Malaysians to use ILMUchat, Malaysia’s AI, seamlessly and securely.”
