The launch event featured U Mobile’s Chief Business Officer, How Lih Ren, discussing the company’s mission with its ULTRA5G AI-powered network for enterprises.
Lih Ren emphasized that not all network traffic is equal, leading to the creation of ULTRA Business plans focused on prioritizing network access, ensuring seamless connectivity, and enhancing security against cyberattacks.
In line with this, the company unveiled its latest innovation — the industry’s first dedicated network priority offering, ULTRA5G Reserve. This ensures enterprise data is prioritised over regular network traffic, delivering up to four times better performance. The prioritisation is also visibly reflected on devices, where the network identifier will display “ULTRA5G RESERVE” instead of the standard “ULTRA5G”.
