Touch ‘n Go shares Hari Raya Tips for Seamless, Stress-Free Balik Kampung travel

Touch ‘n Go is celebrating Hari Raya this year by sharing tips to help travelers have smoother journeys. With its NFC and RFID solutions, Malaysians can use them as convenient options to improve their Hari Raya travel experience.

Touch ‘n Go’s NFC-enabled Touch ‘n Go Cards and Charms allow users to easily reload their balance using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet on an NFC-enabled mobile phone, anytime and anywhere. This removes the need for physical reload locations or cash, providing a faster and more convenient experience.

Users are encouraged to register their Touch ‘n Go cards with the Touch ‘n Go eWallet for enhanced security through a KYC process, safeguarding their card balance in case of loss. Additionally, there are various card and charm designs available, many of which are created in partnership with local talents to promote Malaysia’s culture and heritage, reflecting Touch ‘n Go’s identity as a Malaysian brand.

The NFC Touch ‘n Go cards and charms can be purchased online through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet and Lazada Store, as well as at Service and Sales Centers in Nu Sentral and Bangsar South, and selected retail partners, including 7-Eleven, Caltex, and Petronas stations.

Touch ‘n Go RFID for Hassle-Free Toll Payments

The Touch ‘n Go RFID linked to the eWallet offers a seamless drive-through experience at toll booths. If users have insufficient balance, the new SOS Balance feature in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet lets them pass through tolls. They have 24 hours to reload their eWallet and pay the charges without extra fees. This benefit ensures easy and stress-free toll payments when needed.

Touch ‘n Go CEO, Praba Sangarajoo said, “With Hari Raya being a time for joyous reunions, we want to help Malaysians travel with ease without worrying about road inconveniences, by offering flexible and innovative solutions. We remain committed to enhancing mobility, convenience, and security for all our users, and we are continuously exploring ways to ensure seamless and stress-free travel, so you can focus on what matters most – celebrating this festive season with your loved ones. We wish all our users a very blessed and meaningful Hari Raya celebration. Maaf Zahir dan Batin.”
