In conjunction with the Hari Raya celebration, Touch ‘n Go has announced of running 2 campaigns, Raya Next Level and Register & Menang to reward its users.
The Raya Next Level campaign, happening from now till 30 June 2023 is aimed at rewarding users of Touch ‘n Go RFID and RFID fuelling. Users will receive a RM5 Lazada e-voucher when they use their RFID tags for the first time to pay for toll, and those who use RFID for refuelling will receive a RM10 Lazada e-voucher when they refuel 4 times (with a minimum purchase of RM60 each time) during the campaign period at any RFID enabled Shell stations. The voucher reward is on a first come first served basis and limited to the first 10,000 users.
Touch ‘n Go RFID can be used to pay for petrol at selected Shell stations across the country. To refuel with Touch ‘n Go RFID, users simply need to park their vehicles at the RFID-designated fuelling bays, and payment will be auto-debited from their Touch ‘n Go eWallet, allowing them to proceed with refuelling their vehicles. Any unutilised amount will be immediately refunded to the users’ Touch ‘n Go eWallet accounts.
The Touch ‘n Go RFID tags can be purchased online through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app, Touch ‘n Go RFID portal, and official Touch ‘n Go stores on Lazada and Shopee. They are also available for purchase at the Touch ‘n Go NU Sentral and Bangsar South service and sales centres, designated RFID fitment centres, and at selected petrol stations across Malaysia.
Besides that, Touch ‘n Go’s Register & Menang campaign, starting now till 30 June 2023, is to introduce users to the convenience of Touch ‘n Go’s self-service portal. New users who register their Touch ‘n Go card for the first time on the Touch ‘n Go portal (https://tngportal.touchngo.com.my/) will stand a chance to win a smartphone. All they need to do is register their Touch ‘n Go card and link it to their Touch ‘n Go eWallet. There will be a total of 9 winners, with 3 winners chosen each month, from April to June.
By registering the Touch ‘n Go card to the portal, users can view their card details, such as expiry date, card status, balance, and transaction history, anytime and anywhere. The self-service portal also allows users to report any lost, stolen, or missing cards. If the card is expired, users can also choose to deactivate their card immediately. The portal also enables users to request for refunds, in the event that they have balance from deactivated cards or should there be inaccurate transaction charges. For added convenience, users may link as many cards as they like to their account on the portal.
Praba Sangarajoo, Chief Executive Officer of Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd said, “We want to take this opportunity to celebrate the Hari Raya festive season with all our users and reward them through these two campaigns.”
“In line with our commitment to creating more convenience for our users with innovative offerings, we have expanded the RFID use case beyond toll payments to refuelling, and we would like to encourage our users to take advantage of this seamless payment experience in their daily travel. We also encourage our users to register their Touch ‘n Go cards and make use of our self-service portal to access our various services at their convenience anywhere, anytime.”
