BMW Malaysia has launched the BMW iX1 at the Malaysia Autoshow 2023. The new all-electric addition to the best-selling BMW X1 will arrive in the M Sport variant.

The BMW iX1 will feature a maximum output of 230kW / 313 hp and an outstanding range of up to 440 kilometres (WLTP) to enable every electric adventure – no matter the distance or destination. High-power charging at rates of up to 130 kW reduces downtime by bringing the vehicle from 10% to 80% charge in just 29 minutes. With sustainability in mind, the cobalt and lithium materials used in the battery ofBMW iX1 come from responsible mining, and the powertrain does not require any rare earths.
Exterior colour offerings for the the electrified SAV include Alpine White, Black Sapphire, Cape York Green, M Portimao Blue, Storm Bay and Space Silver. Interior upholstery is available in either Alcantara Black with Blue Contrast Stitching, Leather Vernasca Black or Leather Vernasca Mocha.
With the Straight Line Financing Plan from BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia, the BMW iX1 xDrive30 M Sport can be owned with a monthly instalment plan starting from RM 3,290.00 (based on estimates of an 80% loan on a seven-year tenure).
