Toshiba Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd. (TSS) has officially announced its Beyond Details Buy & Win Campaign, coinciding with the grand reopening of its newly renovated showroom. With an investment of RM500,000, the revamped showroom at Bangunan Palm Grove II, Glenmarie reflects TSS’ commitment to providing a top-notch customer experience with state-of-the-art facilities.

During the event, Toshiba introduced its latest campaign, Beyond Details Buy & Win, running from 1 August 2024, to 15 January 2025. Participants have the chance to win a Lexus ES250 Premium worth RM350,000 by purchasing Toshiba products.
Mr. Desmond Chong, General Manager of TSS, expressed his enthusiasm for the campaign, highlighting the opportunity to reward loyal customers. The showroom facelift investment exemplifies TSS’ dedication to enhancing the customer experience, aiming to showcase the premium quality of Toshiba products.
The newly renovated showroom features Toshiba’s latest innovations, including JAPANDi Style refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, water heaters, ovens, rice cookers, and kettles.
Chong emphasized TSS’ commitment to innovation and excellence, striving to exceed customer expectations and set new industry standards. In addition, the company launched the Sama-Sama Gemilang Campaign from August 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024, offering customers a special Purchase with Purchase (PWP) promotion on selected items.
Furthermore, TSS recently concluded the Sama-Sama Raya, Sama-Sama Gembira Campaign, awarding a grand prize winner a RM10,000 fine gold bar and 10 lucky winners a RM1,000 fine gold bar as part of the campaign.
