Tiger Beer Malaysia’s Tiger Roar Asian Music Festival recorded more than 10,000 attendees, filling the Mines International Exhibition & Convention Centre (MIECC) with live music, performances and shared experiences. The festival brought Tiger’s Roar With Courage spirit to life, celebrating Malaysians who pursue their passions, express their individuality and embrace new experiences.

The night featured performances spearheaded by Hong Kong rock icon Paul Wong (Beyond) and Taiwanese-American singer-songwriter and rapper ØZI, alongside with Malaysian artists 3P, ManHanD, Dato’ Maw, Elva Suyan and S.A.C. From rock and R&B to M-pop and hip-hop, the line-up brought together different generations of music fans for a night of live performances. Paul Wong closed the night with a headline set, bringing the festival’s line-up of Asian artists to a memorable finish.

The spirit of Roar With Courage was highlighted by Courage Confessions, an interactive part of the festival where attendees could share their personal stories of courage. These stories were shown on a big screen, giving people a chance to connect and celebrate their experiences with others.
The festival also included a Courage Market, featuring local food vendors who show their bravery through their business journeys. From starting their businesses to overcoming challenges, their hard work and successes were celebrated. Festivalgoers enjoyed a wide range of foods, including desserts, sushi rolls, sandwiches, and other popular street foods.
“We believe everyone has an inner tiger, and that people are capable of more than they think. Sometimes, all it takes is the courage to push past that moment of doubt and take the next step. That’s the spirit we’ve been celebrating through Roar With Courage. With Tiger Roar Asian Music Festival, we brought these individual stories together through music, reminding Malaysians of the courage they already have within them,” said Julie Kuan, Marketing Manager of Tiger Beer Malaysia.
Tiger’s Roar With Courage campaign has celebrated courage in various forms, including Tiger Courage Beats, which turned nearly 2,000 personal stories into AI-generated Courage Songs. These stories showcased moments when Malaysians pushed through doubt and uncertainty. The festival united these expressions of courage in a collective celebration, honoring the spirit of perseverance and the people who support us.
