Systech Bhd has appointed Mr. Vincent Nee Aik Chiang as its new Group CEO, effective 21 October 2025. With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship and leadership, Mr. Vincent has successfully founded the Vince Group of Companies, gaining expertise in various sectors including technology and property development.
This appointment is significant as Systech transitions from its roots in e-business solutions and cybersecurity to becoming a key player in Malaysia’s digital economy, focusing on AI-powered data centres and digital infrastructure.
Dato’ Ong Theng Soon, Executive Chairman, expressed confidence in Mr. Vincent’s ability to lead Systech’s transformation and drive innovation.
