Swap Device Solutions Sdn Bhd, part of Swap Asia Group, has launched Protect 360 for the Malaysia market. This program offers complete device protection and a buyback guarantee of up to 55% of the original retail price.
You can access Protect 360 on the Swap Protect website, starting with eligible iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max devices. It includes extended warranty, protection against accidental and liquid damage, theft coverage, and a buyback option all in one two-year plan.
Protect 360 focuses on two main concerns for smartphone users: keeping their device safe during daily use and knowing how much they can get back when they decide to sell it.

Guaranteed future value, without another purchase
Protect 360 offers a set buyback schedule, so customers know what their device will be worth in the future.
Customers don’t need to buy a new device to use their guaranteed buyback option. They can either upgrade or sell their eligible device back without having to buy something else.
The guaranteed buyback value is based on a percentage of the device’s original retail price:
• Months 13–15: 55%
• Months 16–18: 50%
• Months 19–21: 45%
• Months 22–24: 40%
All buyback periods begin from the enrollment date in Protect 360, rather than the device purchase date. This allows customers to plan effectively while maintaining flexibility for future decisions.

Availability and enrolment
Enrolment is open until 1 April 2027. Customers must enrol within 30 days of purchasing their eligible device and by the programme’s closing date. Enrolled customers will receive the full two-year plan, with buyback periods measured from their enrolment date.
