The PES is designed as an engaging area with seven different zones, each representing a real-world situation. It helps partners see how Samsung’s products, features, and technologies work together as a complete system. By integrating AI and SmartThings in these realistic settings, the store shows how connected technologies can be used in homes, businesses, and communities across seven main areas: retail, finance, hospitality, residential, education, office, and government.

In these zones, Samsung’s SmartThings platform lets businesses monitor, control, and automate their connected devices through one easy interface, leading to smoother operations and improved user experience. This is backed by Samsung’s overall Devices, Solutions and Services (DSS) strategy, which combines hardware, software, and services to drive innovation in business-to-business (B2B) solutions, creating seamless customer experiences that adapt to changing industry needs.

Charles Kim, President of Samsung Malaysia Electronics, delivering his welcome speech during the Partner Experience Store launch.

“The Partner Experience Store reflects Samsung’s vision of enabling smarter, more connected business environments through integrated AI-driven innovation,” said Charles Kim, President of Samsung Malaysia Electronics, during the launch event. “As industries continue to evolve, businesses are increasingly looking for solutions that are not only connected, but also intuitive, scalable and experience driven. Through our collaboration with Modernize Vida, we aim to help partners reimagine how technology can transform everyday environments while unlocking new opportunities for operational efficiency, customer engagement and long-term business growth,” he added.

A key feature of the experience center is Samsung’s Professional Laundry solution, made for busy commercial and industrial settings. It focuses on capacity, durability, and efficiency. This solution combines high-performance washing and drying with a modern design, making laundry services a part of the overall customer experience. It integrates cleanliness and convenience in various business environments. The system can handle large loads, with washers capable of 18kg and dryers up to 14kg, and it has a stackable design for easy installation and space savings.

This innovation also allows for new business ideas, like cafés with laundry services or spaces for fitness and entertainment, where laundry services fit in with activities like workouts or movies. This helps businesses use their space better while keeping customers engaged.

Located in KL Eco City, the PES helps partners and distributors see how Samsung’s solutions can work in their businesses, including property developments, commercial areas, and public services. By making complex systems simple to understand, the store aids partners and distributors in applying Samsung’s solutions better, leading to smarter decisions and adoption.

The PES is part of Samsung’s larger network of innovation spaces, showing its dedication to strengthening partnerships and supporting business growth through collaboration and new ideas.
