Royal Enfield Malaysia has launched the latest Goan Classic 350, a bobber-inspired motorcycle, that celebrates and embodies non-conformity and free-spirited lifestyle.
Speaking about the launch of Goan Classic in Malaysia , Business Head for Asia Pacific markets, Royal Enfield – Manoj Gajarlawar said, “The Goan Classic is a heartfelt tribute to the spirit of freedom and individuality that Royal Enfield has championed for decades. Powering the Goan Classic is its well-known 349cc air-oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which offers smooth power and a refined feel. This engine generates 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm, making it perfect for the relaxed bobber riding experience. The 5-speed gearbox ensures easy gear changes and comfortable cruising, whether you’re in city traffic or on highways.
The motorcycle is built on a sturdy twin downtube spine frame, providing a smooth and stable ride on any road. With telescopic front suspension and twin rear shock absorbers, it strikes a nice balance between comfort and control. The 19-inch front and 16-inch rear aluminium spoke wheels with whitewall tubeless tyres offer great grip, while dual-channel ABS brakes enhance safety. The comfortable riding position, mid-mounted foot controls, and ergonomic handlebars make long rides enjoyable for those who appreciate the journey.
It also features an easy-to-add pillion seat, allowing you to switch between riding alone or with a passenger. It combines modern technology with a classic look, showcasing a dashboard with a gear position indicator and a Tripper navigation pod for easy directions. There’s also a USB Type-C charging port to keep you connected.
Goan Classic is equipped with LED lights for better visibility, enhancing its stylish design. It also has premium features like aluminium switch cubes elevate the overall appearance, blending classic design with modern functionality.
Inspired by the colorful and lively essence of Goa, Royal Enfield is working with Rafu’D to create a collection that reflects the free spirit of a vibrant past. Drawing from the hippie culture of the 70s and 80s, this collection focuses on individuality and self-expression with fluid styles, natural fabrics, and bold prints. The collection includes oversized shirts, light trousers, and fun accessories like bucket hats and totes, embodying the excitement of open road travels and coastal simplicity.
The new Goan Classic comes in a variety of bright colors, each designed to reflect the spirit of bohemian motorcycle culture. Every model includes a new tank badge and unique color designs. The Shack Black features a bold look with a blend of matte and gloss, while Rave Red showcases striking metallic hues. Purple Haze combines a vibrant purple with a black base, and Trip Teal is inspired by mandala graphics, highlighting fresh orange and teal tones. These color options, along with chrome details and unique silencers, give the bike its classic bobber-style appearance, merging Royal Enfield’s heritage with modern style.
The Goan Classic also offers a selection of custom, bobber-themed Genuine Motorcycle Accessories (GMAs) that enhance its look and feel. This includes a custom rider seat, handlebar grips, bar-end mirrors, touring screen, touring handlebar, deluxe foot pegs, and foot control rubbers, all in custom-brown shades for a unique touch.
