OXYENERGY x Media Prima Merdeka Run 2026 records more than thousands participants celebrating wellness and Merdeka spirit

OXYENERGY x Media Prima Merdeka Run 2026 has concluded with attendance of more than 1,500 runners and participants, celebrating Malaysia’s Merdeka and Malaysia Day with a large-scale community wellness movement promoting healthier lifestyles and national unity.

Held under the theme “Empowering Healthier Malaysians This Merdeka,” the event brought together families, professionals, fitness lovers, and the public through two easy categories: the 5.5KM Challenge Run and the 3.5KM Family & Casual Run. In partnership with Media Prima, this event encouraged Malaysians of all ages and fitness levels to live actively and connect with the community during the nation’s celebrations.

Besides the run, participants took part in wellness activities, including the OXYENERGY Wellness Session, which provided useful tips on nutrition, self-care, and overall wellbeing. Visitors also learned about OXYENERGY’s wellness products, such as White Tomato, L-Carnitine, DailyBiome, and Easy Fiber, showcasing the brand’s complete approach to health, nutrition, fitness, and beauty.

The event celebrated inclusivity and diversity by recognizing the Oldest Participant, Youngest Participant, OKU Participant, and the Best Merdeka Fashion Award. There were also lucky draws and family-friendly entertainment, making it a festive occasion.

OXYENERGY announced that its products will be available in selected Watsons stores across Malaysia starting November 2026, making it easier for consumers to access its wellness products. These products are registered with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) under the Ministry of Health Malaysia and are Halal-certified.

The run was attended by various notable figures, including government leaders, Media Prima executives, media personalities, athletes, and influencers. Some key attendees were Minister of Communications YB Datuk Fahmi Fadzil, Minister of Youth and Sports YB Dr Taufiq Johari, Media Prima Group Chairman Datuk Seri Syed Hussian Aljunid, and Group Managing Director Datuk Rafiq Razali.

The OXYENERGY x Media Prima Merdeka Run 2026 highlighted the importance of community, movement, and shared experiences, encouraging Malaysians to focus on their wellbeing while celebrating the values that bring the nation together.
