Oracle and Infobip strengthened collaboration to provide Global Conversational Experiences

Infobip has enhanced its partnership with Oracle to provide conversational experiences globally, allowing customers to access Infobip’s omnichannel services through Oracle Integration.

Customers expect omnichannel communications, but managing new channels can be complex and time-consuming. Infobip’s Omnichannel Messaging Adapter for Oracle Integration simplifies this process, allowing businesses to manage messaging channels like WhatsApp and RCS effectively, with quick deployment to reduce time to market.

Additionally, Infobip offers an Accelerator for Oracle B2C Service, enabling consumers to connect with support teams via SMS and WhatsApp for streamlined communication. Both solutions are low or no-code, benefiting Oracle customers and partners. Oracle Integration ensures secure, scalable connectivity across applications, regardless of their location.
