According to OATSIDE, each OATSIDE Protein pack contains 20g of plant-based protein with just 2g of fat and no added cane sugar. As a reference, 3 eggs contain 20g of protein and 15g of fat.
OATSIDE Protein is made from sprouted non-GMO pea protein, extracted from peas soaked in water without harsh processing. It offers complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids and over 3,000mg of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA), and the sprouting process enhances digestibility and bioavailability.
OATSIDE Protein comes in 250ml packs and both Vanilla and Chocolate are now available in Malaysia.
