MG Motor Malaysia makes a historic achievement as the No.1 best-selling market for the MG Cyberster across Asia and Oceania.
Since its debut in December 2024, the MG Cyberster has captured attention as the world’s first all-electric soft-top roadster with scissor doors, combining sleek design with thrilling zero-emission performance. Achieving over 90 orders in just a few months, the Cyberster has become not just a car, but a symbol of innovation and freedom in electric mobility. It’s garnered international accolades, including the Good Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award.
This success underscores MG’s growth in Malaysia and the emotional bond customers share with the Cyberster. With current exemptions on excise and import duties, the MG Cyberster starts at RM299,900 for the rear-wheel drive and RM319,900 for the four-wheel drive, bringing electric open-top performance to more Malaysians.
MG Motor Malaysia will host exclusive test drive events at selected locations across the country. Customers who book during these events will get a free one-year unlimited charging package with JomCharge, which includes AutoCharge, a 7kW Wallbox AC Charger, a limited-edition MG Cyberster Diecast Model, and other special giveaways.
