Maxis introduces Mia, a Gen AI-powered concierge for businesses

Maxis has recently launched Mia (Maxis Intelligent Assistant), a generative AI-powered concierge service for business customers. Designed for the Maxis Business Hub (MBH) digital self-serve portal, Mia combines conversational AI with workflow automation to enhance roaming service management for businesses.

Mia represents a leap in AI-driven solutions by Maxis Business, Maxis’ B2B arm, as a guided chatbot offering 24/7 roaming support, smart recommendations, and personalized suggestions. With Mia, customers can effortlessly access information and complete tasks regarding their accounts, ensuring a faster, more intuitive experience and allowing them to focus on what matters most for their business.

Mia is an innovative generative AI created with advanced AWS technology. It uses Amazon Bedrock and a top large language model (LLM), making the most of AWS’s powerful cloud infrastructure.
