Lenovo has launched the Tab Plus Gen 2, enhancing its tablet for diverse media consumption, multitasking, and shared experiences with improved audio, visuals, versatility, and intelligent features.
Tab Plus Gen 2 offers immersive audio experience with a JBL 9-unit Pro speaker system tuned with Dolby Atmos, perfect for watching movies, streaming shows, or listening to music. Together with a built-in Bluetooth speaker mode, you can optimised the tablet to function as a standalone speaker. With Dolby Audio processing, you can personalised your listening with Dynamic, Movie, and Music modes.
Going along side with its Tab Plus Gen 2’s audio capabilities is the large 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD display, featuring Dolby Vision and HDR10 support, delivers vivid colors and sharper clarity. The display can go up to 800 nits in High Brightness Mode helps keep visuals clear.
One unique feature to the Tab Plus Gen 2 is the inclusion of a new 360-degree rotating kickstand, supporting multiple positions across both portrait and landscape modes. There is also lean, theater, stand, and hanging modes that allow the device to adapt naturally to different environments and scenarios. The tablet can function as a digital picture frame, adding a more personal touch to shared spaces.Â
A carrying sleeve with a shoulder strap, designed for the Tab Plus Gen 2, allows easy transport from room to room, during travel, and for everyday outings.
The tablet’s Lenovo AI Live Transcript with real-time translation enables instant understanding of what is being watched. It also includes intelligent features such as Lenovo Smarter Reader for easier reading and content navigation, and AI Notes with Lenovo Notepad for streamlined notetaking and organization.
The Tab Plus Gen 2 is equipped with a 10200mAh battery supporting up to 15 hours of YouTube video streaming, along with 45W fast charging capabilities. It is compatible with the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus, Lenovo Wireless Keyboard, and Lenovo 68W USB-C Wall Charger (each sold separately).
