Online shopping is integral to Malaysian life, with the market reaching USD128.4 billion in 2024, a 12% year-on-year increase, and Malaysia experiencing a significant 19.5% growth. By August 2025, online spending in Malaysia rose to RM625 billion in the first half of the year, reflecting a RM13.5 billion increase compared to 2024.
