Lazada helps Malaysian Content Creators to Monetise with their creativity through LazAffiliates

The recent Lazada Malaysia’s ‘LazXperience 2023’ exclusive event was attended by almost 200 LazAffiliates’ digital content creators, Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and VIPs gathered at The Grounds KL, MAHSA Avenue. The event also saw the appearance by popular personalities such as Nadhir Nasar, Sharifah Rose, Ernie Zakri, Adriana Adnan, Dalia Farhana and emcee Melissa Th’ng. The engagement is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to empower local content creators to participate in and benefit from the thriving digital economy through social content, livestream and creative online engagement with their followers and the wider community through social media platforms, website, blog and apps.

Recently, Lazada Malaysia has revamped its LazAffiliates program and under the new package, affiliates can earn up to 80% commissions for every successful purchase* made via the link shared by the affiliates in their digital content. The program has also been further developed to be more engaging, and it can be accessed through the LazAffiliates app, unlocking key features that enable the digital content creators to easily identify their favourite products or trending items that best resonate with their followers, while conveniently tracking generated orders and earnings. Since the initial launch of the LazAffiliates program in 2016, the community has grown from strength to strength, reaching up to more than 120,000 registered affiliate partners to date.

LazAffiliates has been distinctly curated as a way to enable all Malaysians, especially students, graduates, the younger generation and those young at heart to generate a steady income streams within our eCommerce ecosystem. ‘LazXperience 2023’ also delighted the audiences with fun immersive activities, surprises, fantastic lucky draw prizes and exciting goodies sponsored by Skechers, Casio, Wardah and Skintific, as well as sharing session that highlighted the tips and tricks on how to optimise on the affiliate earning. During the event, Lazada also recognised the achievement of top performing KOCs that have been actively contributing towards Lazada’s campaigns through the LazAffiliates Awards 2022.
