
May It Please The Court, the latest enigmatic Korean drama set to debut later this year exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar.
The series tells a captivating story based on actual events from the viewpoint of a public defender as depicted in a non-fiction book, May It Please The Court centers around the lives of its two protagonists: Noh Chakhee, a top lawyer who will stop at nothing to win, and Jwa Sibaek, a quirky lawyer who never hesitates to jump in once he sets his mind to something. Confronted with a situation that threatens to undermine their respective cases, this unlikely duo will have to work together if they hope to uncover the truth and come out on top.



Starring Jung Ryewon (Diary of a Prosecutor, Wok of Love, Witch’s Court, Bubble Gum) as accomplished lawyer Noh Chakhee, Lee Kyoohyung (Voice, Hi Bye, Mama!, Doctor John, Life, Prison Playbook) as quirky lawyer Jwa Sibaek, and Jung Jinyoung (A Year-End Medley, Bulgasal: Immortal Souls, My Unfamiliar Family, Chief of Staff) as Jang Gido, the hugely ambitious CEO of Jangsan, a big-time law firm, May It Please The Court is written by Dan Kim, winner of the KOCCA Content Story award, and directed by Min-gu Kang (The Goddess of Revenge, Itaewon Class).
