IVECO and PETRONAS Lubricants International (PLI) have renewed their strategic partnership for five more years, extending through 2032. This collaboration, lasting over 50 years, focuses on innovation and sustainability in the commercial transport sector.
The renewal ensures ongoing supply and joint development of a range of lubricants tailored for IVECO’s vehicles, including engine oils, transmission fluids, brake fluids, and coolants, all designed to meet specific operational needs.
This milestone shows the ongoing success of the co-branded IVECO URANIA engine oils and IVECO TUTELA technical fluids. These products were developed over many years of working together and focus on providing high-performance, energy-saving solutions that keep vehicles running longer and improve the lifespan of parts. They are also the only fluids recommended by IVECO.
The quick innovation in the partnership was recently showcased with the launch of Urania Next 0W-16. This is the first SAE 0W-16 engine oil made specifically for heavy-duty vehicles. It provides great fuel efficiency, lower CO₂ emissions, and longer oil change intervals. Additionally, the formula is Euro 7 ready, ensuring better efficiency and lower emissions for IVECO’s newest engines.

The renewed agreement focuses on the IVECO dealer network. PLI will implement targeted initiatives to strengthen dealer engagement and enhance customer awareness of IVECO’s approved lubricants. These initiatives aim to support dealer growth in European markets and help customers achieve better vehicle reliability and lower total cost-of-ownership.
