iQIYI original survival show, Starlight Boys has conclude with the selection of final lineup for POLARIX. The grand finale, held on 28 December 2024 in Gyeonggi-do, Korea as the top 18 trainees competed in their final two stages, “Millionaire” and “Pretty Dirty Boy,” showcasing their months of hard work, growth, and undeniable talent.
The finale was graced by the presence show’s guiders Lee Seung-gi, choreographer Choi Young-joon, rapper Hanhae, Kwon Eunbi, Hui of PENTAGON, THE BOYZ’s Eric, and STAYC’s Yoon. There is also special guest appearances by G)I-DLE’s Yuqi, who served as a Guest guider, and the entire girl group STAYC, while hosted by MC Lee Sung-Kyoung. Previously eliminated trainees were also present, showing their unwavering support for their peers as they reached for the debut line.
MC Lee Sung-Kyoung announced the the final lineup of POLARIX with nine members who emerged victorious were:

The guiders also reflected on the journey and shared their hopes for the debut group’s future. STAYC’s Yoon opened the performances by offering her encouragement: “I will always cheer for you.” THE BOYZ’s Eric conveyed his heartfelt thoughts, saying, “Although this chapter ends today, I sincerely wish all the trainees embarking on a new beginning the best of luck,” emphasizing the deep connection between the trainees and their guiders. Lee Seung-gi offered his blessings to POLARIX, expressing his wish for them to “soar as an international boy group and become a team that inspires the world.”
