Insta360 has recently launched the Luna Pro, its newest addition to Luna Series gimbal cameras co-engineered with Leica and it is available for Malaysia market.
Luna Pro features a Leica Summicron lens and a 1-inch 8K sensor, providing excellent detail and good low-light performance. Its Dual AI Chip system includes a special imaging chip and a powerful 4nm chip, giving it the capability for advanced imaging and smart shooting options.
For those making short videos, Luna Pro offers native 4K30fps Vertical Video with 6K oversampling for better clarity. You can easily rotate the touchscreen to shoot vertical videos in 4K.
Luna Pro also records 8K Dolby Vision video for vibrant detail, color, and wide dynamic range. For slow-motion videos, it can record at 4K120fps and 1080p240fps. With up to 2× lossless zoom and 4× HighRes Zoom, creators can easily adjust framing or get closer to faraway subjects, with AI help to keep images clear even at higher zoom levels.
Luna Pro features 3-axis stabilization for smooth footage, along with AI-powered Deep Track and Rapid Focus to keep moving subjects sharp. It has a detachable 2-inch OLED touchscreen for easy shot composition, and user-friendly controls for quick recording. With up to 4 hours of battery life and 47GB of built-in storage, it supports extended shooting sessions and connects to the Insta360 Mic Series for high-quality wireless audio.
The POV Head Tracker enhances immersive first-person content, while NFC allows quick access to the Insta360 app for file management and editing.
Luna Pro features Leica color profiles such as Natural, Vivid, and Chrome, plus cinematic filters for unique camera looks. For more control in post-production, 10-bit I-Log maintains color and detail and supports ACES workflows for professional grading.
Built-in timecode aids multi-camera synchronization and integrates with Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro. AI editing tools in the Insta360 app efficiently polish footage when time is of the essence.

Insta360 Luna Pro is available starting September 10 via the Insta360 Store, Amazon, and select retailers worldwide. Pricing for the Standard Bundle starts at US$599.99. It is available in Cosmic Black and Stellar White.

To inspire creators in visual storytelling, the Insta360 Global Awards 2026 are now open for submissions. This worldwide contest invites creators to share their ideas and creativity through unique photos and videos taken with Insta360 or Antigravity devices.
You can submit your work through the Insta360 website, their social media pages, or the Insta360 app. Submissions started on June 15 and will close on October 31, with winners revealed on November 30.
