The Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is now available in early access worldwide on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro. Awarded D.I.C.E Adventure Game of the Year in 2024, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle offers an immersive cinematic experience where players embody the renowned archaeologist.
From MachineGames, in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle delivers an authentic Indiana Jones experience with thrilling set pieces, intricate puzzles, and intense combat. Set between Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, players will explore a narrative-driven single-player story filled with archaeological mystery and danger.
Players can now access the early version on PlayStation 5 by buying the Premium Edition, enhanced for PlayStation 5 Pro. This edition includes the Last Crusade Pack, the Temple of Doom Outfit, a digital art book, and the upcoming story DLC, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants, releasing later this year.
PlayStation 5 players will enjoy smooth gameplay at 60 fps with high resolutions, thanks to SSD optimization for quick loading. The DualSense controller enhances the experience with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers during combat and exploration. Lightbar connectivity gives immediate feedback on Indy’s status, ensuring a seamless gaming experience. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle features Community Game Help, linking to all missions and puzzles, so players can get assistance from others on specific challenges they’ll face.
Coinciding with the game’s launch on PlayStation 5, two new whip actions are introduced: “Open Season” and “Sleight of Hand.” “Open Season” makes enemies take more damage after they are whipped, while “Sleight of Hand” allows players to disarm enemies and send their weapons flying. These abilities are available now on all platforms.
