Hardwell returns to Malaysia for NEON Music Festival at KL Base Sungai Besi on 11th April 2025

NEON Music Festival (NMF) has officially confirmed the full line-up that is taking place at KL Base Sungai Besi on Friday,  11th April 2025

Spearheading the show is Hardwell, who will be making his long-awaited return to Malaysia after a 7 year hiatus. The iconic 37-year-old hit-making Dutch deejay and producer is well known for his timeless anthems – “ ‘Spaceman,’ ‘Apollo,’ and ‘Run Wild’, and his revolutionary trend-setting new sound – Big Room Techno. He has also known for  his collaborations with global icons such as Craig David, Jay Sean, Austin Mahone, and Jason Derulo. Hardwell has also delivered standout remixes for musical powerhouses like Rihanna, Calvin Harris, Moby, Ellie Goulding, U2, J Balvin, and Coldplay, and is a regular fixture at major global festivals such as Lollapalooza, Coachella, EDC Las Vegas, Creamfields, and Tomorrowland among many others. 

Joining Hardwell will be Ukrainian DJ duo ARTBAT, known for their stunning visuals in melodic techno. They will make their long-awaited debut in the region with their new audio-visual show, UPPERGROUND.

NEON has revealing three new names set to go b3b: DUBVISION, Matisse & Sadko, and Third Party. This marks the first time these Progressive House titans will perform back-to-back. While Matisse & Sadko have previously performed in Malaysia, this set, along with Third Party’s long-awaited debut in the country, brings the beloved Progressive House sound back to local audiences after several years.

Also in the lineup are 22Bullets b2b Marvinz1r, Blink, Chukiess & Whackboi, Dirty Signal, Honey Gee, and RXB.

The NEON Music Festival is set to provide an unforgettable experience with an exciting lineup and an immersive LED-focussed stage designed for ultimate audiovisual enjoyment. Featuring high-definition graphics, laser displays, and a top-notch sound system, the event promises a blend of surreal visuals and high-energy music. The festival is known for its vibrant environment full of photo opportunities and art installations, prioritizing safety and comfort. Since its inception in 2018, the festival has attracted large crowds, with around 20,000 attendees expected this year, continuing NEON’s legacy of groundbreaking events.

Earlybird general admission tickets are RM 268.00 (while stocks last). General sales are RM 288.00 (Tier 1) and RM 328.00 (Tier 2), with VIP tickets at RM 458.00. Limited VVIP tickets available upon request.
