Belonging to Japanese Sumiyaki establishment, FLNT at 1-Altitude Melaka promises a vibrant and modern culinary experience unlike any other. FLNT serves a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian traditions with modern flair. This is known as ‘Nikkei’ cuisine, which was formed in the 1980s by Japanese immigrant chefs (predominantly from Okinawa) who started to fuse Peruvian ingredients and flavours into classic Japanese dishes.
With an excitingly-new open kitchen concept to sharing plates taking centre stage on Binchotan-fueled Sumiyaki grills, FLNT is ready to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience with the best Nikkei cuisine Melaka has to offer.

Ceviche De Pulpo

The Ceviche De Pulpo is FLNT’s main star being a succulent and fresh Octopus Ceviche. The exquisitely rich Octopus Ceviche is bathed in Leche De Tigre, also known as “Tiger’s Milk, where it gets infused with its zesty and refreshing essence. After being drizzled with an umami-packed onion sauce, it is then elegantly adorned with aromatic fried shallots, the sweet creamy crunch of white corn, and subtle hints of fresh wasabi stem.
Assorted Sashimi Selection

As a Sushi and Sashimi specialist, Chef Lamley takes great pride in his daily selection of sashimi. With the items air-flown from Japan, the Assorted Sashimi Selection is artfully presented in a classic yet modern style.
Peruvian Anticucho Chicken

Peruvian Anticucho Chicken, inspired by the Japanese yakitori tradition, takes centre stage at FLNT with its unique Peruvian marinade of aromatic spices, delivering a flavourful twist as it grills to perfection over binchotan coals.
