Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad (EON), a subsidiary of DRB-HICOM Berhad, has recnetly launched a Zeekr pop-up store at AEON Mall Shah Alam, aimed at providing Malaysian customers with an innovative electric vehicle experience. The store allows visitors to explore Zeekr, a premium electric mobility brand recognized for its modern design and advanced technology.

The launch, which came after signing a dealership agreement with Zeekr Malaysia on 24 September 2026, represents another step in EON’s expanding automotive offerings. This move shows EON’s commitment to providing customers with more choices for their transportation needs.
The pop-up store is located in a popular shopping area in Shah Alam. It gives customers easy access to the brand while the permanent Zeekr House Glenmarie is being renovated. This setup provides convenience until the new retail and aftersales center opens.
Commenting on the launch, Akkbar Danial, Chief Executive Officer of EON, said, “We are pleased to introduce Zeekr through this pop-up store at AEON Mall Shah Alam to enable more customers to discover the brand quickly ahead of the establishment of the dedicated showroom and to bring premium experience to customers.
Zeekr House Glenmarie, expected to be completed by Q1 2027, aims to enhance customer experience by supporting the entire vehicle journey from discovery to aftersales care. This initiative reinforces EON’s role as a multi-brand automotive retailer, connecting customers with a variety of vehicles and contributing to Malaysia’s evolving mobility landscape.
