“eArena” from Thailand captures PUBG MOBILE Super League SEA Summer 2025 Title

Team eArena won the champion’s trophy at the PUBG MOBILE Super League (PMSL) SEA Summer 2025 after an impressive performance in the Grand Finals this past weekend. The three-day event was exciting, attracting many fans to BASKETHALL GBK in Jakarta, with some traveling from nearby countries to cheer for their favorite teams.

The PUBG MOBILE Super League was sponsored by TECNO as the Official Smartphone Partner, CelcomDigi as the Official Connectivity Partner, and BASKETHALL GBK as the Official Venue Partner.

During the event, the top 16 teams competed for the trophy, a prize pool of USD 200,000, and a chance to qualify for the PUBG MOBILE World Cup (PMWC) 2025 in Riyadh from 25 July to 3 August.

Malaysian teams CelcomDigi Alliance (CDAL) and SEM9 reached the Grand Finals but finished in #7 and #12 places, respectively. SEM9 scored a win on Day 2, while CDAL almost had a win but succeeded on Day 3, although it was late to catch up. eArena maintained their strong performance from Day 2, finishing the last day with a total of 148 Smash Points by Match 2. By Match 3, eArena defeated Team Secret and claimed the Championship title. The top 3 teams will compete in the PUBG MOBILE World Cup (PMWC) 2025.

“We’re proud of CDAL and SEM9 for reaching the Grand Finals, and also of HomeBois, Maqna Esports Club, New Era, and Todak for their strong showing in the League Stage. Thanks to TECNO and CelcomDigi for their support in making this event possible. Congratulations to all teams involved; we wish you success in the upcoming PUBG MOBILE World Cup (PMWC) 2025!” said Eugene Chin, Country Manager for Tencent Games in Malaysia.

With the final rankings in place, Malaysian teams are gearing up for new changes and improvements for the PMSL SEA Fall season, a key period for both experienced and new teams as they compete for a spot in the PUBG MOBILE Global Championship (PMGC) 2025.

New teams can join the fight for the next PMSL through the PUBG MOBILE National Championship (PMNC) MY Fall, with registrations open now. Teams can sign up for the Squad or Campus categories, aiming for the top 2 spots to qualify for the upcoming tournament.
