D’XAVIER takes the crown as PUBG MOBILE Super League SEA Spring 2025 Champions

D’XAVIER from Vietnam secured the champion’s trophy at the PUBG MOBILE Super League (PMSL) SEA Spring 2025, thanks to a dominant gameplay during the Grand Finals held over the weekend. The three-day Grand Finals weekend was exciting as fans filled the IOI Grand Exhibition & Convention Centre at IOI City Mall Putrajaya to see the great gameplay and thrilling moments from teams and players, with some traveling from nearby countries to show their support.

PUBG MOBILE Super League (PMSL) SEA Spring 2025 was brought to you by TECNO as the Official Smartphone Partner, CelcomDigi as the Official Connectivity Partner, and IOI Grand Exhibition & Convention Centre as the Official Venue Partner

The final day featured notable guests including Yang Berhormat Tuan Adam Adli, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Malaysia, Muhammad Naim Al Amin bin Saharudin, President of the Malaysia Esports Federation (MESF), Qistina Iman, Senior Assistant Vice President of Esports Integrated (ESI), as well as Kugiran Masdo and Soloz. Soloz participated in a showmatch before the tournament, marking his return to the game, while Kugiran Masdo’s appearance highlighted the launch of their new song collaboration with PUBG MOBILE.

The event had the top 16 teams compete for the trophy, a prize pool of USD 200,000, and the opportunity to qualify for the Main Event at this year’s PUBG MOBILE Global Open in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

CelcomDigi Alliance (CDAL) and SEM9 both performed well at the PUBG MOBILE Super League (PMSL) SEA tournament, consistently ranking in the top 5 over the three days of competition. CDAL finished in an impressive 3rd place, showing their strength as Malaysia’s leading team. Despite performing well throughout the league week and in the Grand Finals, a crucial late-game situation stopped them from winning the championship. Their strong performance indicates their continued strength and future promise.

SEM9 also reached an important milestone by finishing in 5th place, marking their best result in the PUBG MOBILE Super League (PMSL) SEA. With new in-game leader Trexy, they improved from a difficult start in 11th place, moving up to the coveted top 5 finish. This impressive rise shows their growth, adaptability, and determination.

The PUBG MOBILE Super League (PMSL) SEA Spring 2025 Grand Finals is a professional esports tournament for PUBG MOBILE, backed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia (KBS), the Malaysia Esports Federation (MESF), and Esports Integrated (ESI).
