
Carabat AI has opened its first experience outlet at Sunway Avila Avenue, Wangsa Maju, officiated by Yang Teramat Mulia Dato’ Johan Pahlawan Lela Perkasa Sitiawan Dato’ Muhammed bin Hj. Abdullah as the Guest of Honour.
This milestone allows visitors to explore smart living through AI-driven technology. During the launch, Carabat AI introduced its hero product: a new line of smart home and kitchen appliances that integrate with the Astana App.
This app centralises the management of various smart devices, allowing users to automate and monitor air solutions, smart switches, appliances, and security systems from one user-friendly interface.

The outlet features interactive zones where visitors explored Carabat AI’s offerings, including smart wearables like glasses, rings, and health-tracking devices, alongside a smart home ecosystem for hands-on experience.
At the press conference, Perakash Nair, Marketing Manager of Carabat AI, stated the brand plans to expand to 15 experience outlets across major Malaysian cities within the next year.
“This experience outlet marks the first step in our nationwide rollout strategy. We are projecting a 30% year-on-year growth as consumer adoption of smart home technology continues to rise. By providing accessible and practical smart living innovations, we believe Carabat AI can play a major role in shaping Malaysia’s smart living future.”
Carabat AI will open three new experience outlets in Sri Hartamas, Penang, and Kota Bharu, in addition to the Wangsa Maju outlet. More outlets in Wisma Sabah, Seremban 2, and Subang are set to launch in November, furthering the mission to provide Malaysians with innovative smart living solutions.
