Quill Automobiles has launched the new Quill Body & Paint Centre, setting benchmarks in BMW aftersales excellence with precision repairs and expert craftsmanship. Located in Petaling Jaya’s business district, it embodies BMW Group Malaysia’s full 360-approach to Premium Ownership – Relax. We Care.
The Relax. We Care. Customer Support promise includes smart services like the BMW Service Promise, BMW Proactive Care, and BMW ConnectedDrive, providing customer reassurance at every stage. With a modern approach to vehicle ownership, these features offer real-time vehicle diagnostics, expert support, and easy service appointments through the My BMW App and in-vehicle systems. Additionally, the BMW Service & Repair Inclusive (BSRI) programme gives BMW owners up to 6 years of service coverage and 8 years of high-voltage battery warranty for electric vehicles, along with 24/7 BMW Roadside Assistance, ensuring customers are supported in any situation.

With a focus on functional layout and infrastructure, the new Quill Automobiles Body & Paint Centre aims to deliver BMW-certified repair excellence efficiently. The 15,625-square foot workshop, plus 6,397 square feet for offices, accommodates various repair needs, from minor cosmetic work to advanced vehicle restoration, while prioritizing safety and customer reassurance.
The facility features 10 repair bays, 2 spray booths, and 4 preparation bays for efficient repair flow. A dedicated mixing room and a Car-O-Liner frame alignment system ensure diagnostic accuracy. A team of 11 specialists utilizes BMW-approved tools to provide services like collision repair and paint restoration.
Additionally, the centre is prepared for electric vehicle repairs, addressing high-voltage battery systems and advanced materials. The unveiling also included workshops led by a BMW Technical & EV Expert Training Manager, showcasing advanced repair techniques and the latest in structural diagnostics.
The Quill Automobiles Body & Paint Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. The address is Lot 12, Jalan 51A/241, Seksyen 51a, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
