
Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad (“BKCB”; Bursa: BINTAI, 6998) has secured a RM25.20 million contract from IED Construction Sdn. Bhd. for the Main Building Works of eight factory units at Golden Valley Hi-Tech Park, Kulai, Johor, for Golden Valley Capital Sdn. Bhd.
The park is a developing industrial hub designed for advanced manufacturing and logistics, benefiting from strong connectivity. The sub-contract, awarded on 16 October 2025, signifies BKCB’s growth in Malaysia’s southern region, with a five-month construction period expected to conclude by June 2026.
This contract reflects BKCB’s successful diversification into construction, expected to positively impact earnings over the next two quarters and enhance cash flow visibility.
