Japan based vocal and dance powerhouse ATARASHII GAKKO! has recently announced WORLD TOUR PT. I, their first ever headline tour across the UK/EU and Asia, with more dates to be announced. Tickets will be on sale at 10am local on 22nd March at official website HERE. The Malaysia stop is happening on 21 June 2024.
The group is starting the year with a sold out over 10,000 tickets at Japan’s legendary Budokan Arena, ATARASHII GAKKO! is preparing to appear at both Coachella and Primavera Sound festivals and return to 88rising’s iconic Head in the Clouds Festival, this time as headliners.
ATARASHII GAKKO!’s recent single “Otona Blue” took the world by storm last year, recording over 3.3 billion views on TikTok. ATARASHII GAKKO! have built a reputation for pushing boundaries with their innovative sound and electrifying live performances, and they have shown no signs of slowing down as their new single “HELLO (from The Tiger’s Apprentice)” debuted in the American MEDIABASE Top 40 radio. “We are so excited to announce our Asia and Europe leg of the World Tour! 2024 is a great year and we cannot wait to hang out with all of you. The tour announcement follows recent critically acclaimed singles “Toryanse”, “HELLO (from The Tiger’s Apprentice)” and “Tokyo Calling” – which landed them their US late-night television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. The group also showcased their inimitable performance style on their first worldwide SEISHUN Tour, which sold out completely in the U.S., and at music festivals like Mexico City’s Corona Capital Festival and 88rising’s New York and Los Angeles iterations of the Head In The Clouds Music & Arts Festival.
