Asia Vision Capital Sdn. Bhd. (AVC) has partnered with JYSigma Business Consultancy (JBC) to enhance investor engagement for its private equity real estate funds in Southeast Asia. This collaboration supports access to Quayside JBCC, an integrated development in Johor Bahru near the Johor–Singapore corridor.
JBC will strengthen AVC’s outreach strategy for its regulated funds, QJBCCA PLT (conventional) and QJBCCI PLT (Shariah-compliant), providing accredited investors structured exposure to Quayside JBCC. This project includes serviced residences, retail spaces, a rooftop restaurant, and a hotel, generating diverse income streams.
Quayside JBCC has received multiple awards, including Best Designed Development (Malaysia) at the 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia, further establishing its prominence in the real estate market.
