Samsung has launched its latest FE series addition to the Galaxy ecosystem with the new Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Tab S9 FE and S9 FE+, and Galaxy Buds FE. The FE series is known as the entry point to experience Galaxy flagship devices for the first time.
In Malaysia, the Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Tab S9 FE Series and Galaxy Buds FE will be available starting 10 October 2023. So, let’s learn more about the latest FE series at below.
Galaxy S23 FE
Galaxy S23 FE now gets the new floating camera and premium finish protected with IP68 water and dust resistance. The device features recycled materials and packaging, packing a punch with durability, functionality, and sustainability. Galaxy S23 FE is offered in four colour option for the Malaysia market with Mint, Cream, Graphite and Purple.
The Galaxy S23 FE will comes with a triple camera setup including a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide camera and a 8MP 3X optical zoom telephoto camera. Other notable camera features such as Nightography, advanced digital image stabilization (VDIS) and optical image stabilizer (OIS) are available. The front camera is 10MP selfie camera.
Galaxy S23 FE also offers Pro Mode for advance users to control shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and more. Users can capture customized shots with the Camera Assistant app and choose which automated features to use for a fully customized shooting experience. Galaxy S23 FE camera also has the AI-powered editing tools to help elevate your creations.Â
For performance, Galaxy S23 FE an advanced 4nm Processing for the Malaysia market. The brand has yet to confirm which processor that is available in Malaysia. However, regardless of which processor, the processor will be paired with a vapor chamber. Samsung also stated that Galaxy S23 FE will be using a 4,500mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging with can goes from 0-50 percent in just 30 minutes with a 25W Adapter. The device is sporting a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and supports Vision Booster technology.

Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+
The new Galaxy Tab S9 FE and S9 FE+ now comes in 10.9-inch and 12.4-inch displays, respectively, and features 90Hz refresh rate. The display also has Vision Booster, which enhances visibility in outdoor environments by optimizing color and contrast especially in dark area of screen. The speakers setup is a dual stereo speaker and is tuned by AKG while supporting Dolby Atmos.
Both tablets gets an IP68 rating, offering enhanced durability for peace of mind on the go. Plus, Tab S9 FE+’s 10,090mAh battery offers with up to 20 hours of video playback on a single charge means work and play won’t keep you tethered to a cord. Tab S9 is using a 8,000mAh battery. Tab S9 FE and S9 FE+ supports 45W fast charging.
Both tablet also gets an IP68-rated S Pen to enhance and express their productivity and creativity. The Tab S9 FE and S9 FE+ include a wide variety of creative tools and apps, including fan-favorites like Goodnotes, LumaFusion, Clip Studio Paint, and more. Both tablets also has the option to upgrade to 1TB storage with a microSD card.Â
The camera for the Tab S9 features a 8MP Rear Main Camera and 12MP Ultra-Wide Front Camera while the S9 FE+ sports a dual rear camera setup, 8MP Rear Main Camera with 8MP Ultra-Wide Rear Camera and a 12MP Ultra-Wide Front Camera.

Galaxy Buds FE offers powerful bass offers deep and rich sound with powerful Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Ambient Sound. It also offers automatic personalized beamforming of the advanced three microphone system, along with AI-powered Deep Neutral Network (DNN), separates your voice from unwanted background noise for clearer calls.Â
Samsung is claiming that the Galaxy Buds FE will deliver up to 8.5 hours of playback with earbuds, and total up to 30 hours including the charging case. Even when using ANC, users can get up to 6 hours of playback with earbuds, and total up to 21 hours including the case. The new earbuds are engineered to be comfortable enough to wear for a long time, and enable a more customized fit with three different sizes of ear tips and two different sizes for wingtips.Â
Galaxy Buds FE are available for RM399 in two distinct, modern colors: Graphite and White.
