Advancecon Holdings Berhad (前进控股有限公司) (Advancecon) (Bursa: 5281) has announced that its subsidiary, Advancecon Infra Sdn. Bhd. (AISB), accepted a Letter of Acceptance from Sime Darby Property (Lagong) Sdn. Bhd. for the earthworks and ancillary works at the Lagong Mas township, Selangor.
Valued at RM68.5 million, the contract will start on 4 June 2025 and finish by 3 December 2026. This award highlights Advancecon’s operational reliability and strong client relationships.

As of 23 May 2025, this contract increases Advancecon’s outstanding order book to about RM800.8 million, enhancing the Group’s earnings visibility and reinforcing its reputation in delivering large-scale, future-ready infrastructure across Malaysia.
