Advancecon received new RM25.1 Million contract with Sime Darby Property

Advancecon Holdings Berhad (前进控股有限公司) (“Advancecon” or “the Group”) (Bursa: 5281), a well-known provider of earthworks and civil engineering services in Malaysia, announced today that its whole-owned subsidiary, Advancecon Infra Sdn. Bhd. (“AISB”), has received two Letters of Acceptance (“LOAs”) from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn. Bhd. to carry out earthworks and other related tasks at Bandar Bukit Raja 2, located in Kapar, Klang, Selangor.

The total value of these contracts is RM25.1 million and they will last for 20 months, starting from 6 November 2025 to 5 July 2027.

Bandar Bukit Raja is one of Sime Darby Property’s main townships and one of the largest developments in the Klang area. This township aims to be a lively, sustainable community with residential, commercial, and industrial areas, becoming a key area for growth in central Selangor. The new phase, Bandar Bukit Raja 2, expands this development, boosting the township’s importance in Greater Klang Valley.

This recent contract win shows Advancecon’s strong partnership with Sime Darby Property and reinforces the Group’s reputation as a reliable infrastructure partner for Malaysia’s top developers. It also highlights Advancecon’s ongoing growth in Selangor, one of the nation’s most active property markets.
