BMW Malaysia has recently announced the official pricing of the latest BMW X5 xDrive50e M Sport, the latest PHEV variant of the highly successful Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV), known as The Boss. The SAV arrives in Malaysia in the M Sport variant and it is locally assembled.
The BMW X5 xDrive50e M Sport features an enhanced PHEV powertrain that can output 489 hp and 700 Nm of torque. The 3.0-liter straight-six petrol engine and electric motor helps X5 xDrive50e M Sport to achieve a 4.8-second century sprint. Additionally, the PHEV’s electric capabilities receive a significant boost, providing an electric range of up to 110 km (WLTP) and an improved 7.4 kW charging capacity, allowing it to reach a full charge from 0-100% in just 4.5 hours.
