Zurich Malaysia has opened its new flagship branch at Mid Valley Southkey (MVS) South Tower in Johor Bahru, enhancing its presence in the southern region. Spanning approximately 15,000 square feet over two levels, the branch features a modern banking hall and a collaborative office space. Its strategic location offers easy access to major routes.
The branch includes facilities like refreshment corners, free Wi-Fi, and three Talent Management & Development Centre (TMDC) rooms for agency training. It also has a prayer room on the 6th floor. More than 40 employees will provide efficient services across conventional and takaful segments.
Country CEO Junior Cho emphasized the branch’s commitment to customer-centric, innovative protection solutions. The opening ceremony was attended by senior leaders from Zurich Malaysia and IGB Berhad.
Zurich Malaysia’s new Johor Bahru branch commenced its operations on 20 January 2025, and it is located at Ground Floor, Lot G.01, and 19th Floor, Mid Valley South Tower, Persiaran Southkey 1, 80150 Johor Bahru.
