Zeekr Intelligent Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has officially launched the Zeekr 7X at KL Tower. This event was important for Zeekr Malaysia, as they introduced their third model in Malaysia, the Zeekr 7X, a premium electric SUV that raises the bar for luxury, intelligence, performance, and safety.
The Zeekr 7X is designed for those wanting more than just transportation; it’s a blend of innovation, comfort, performance, and smart design. It comes in three models: RWD Standard, RWD Long Range, and AWD Performance, each tailored for different Malaysian drivers’ needs.
With its 800V system, the vehicle charges super fast, reaching up to 450kW. It can go from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.8 seconds. The 7X features many smart cabin technologies and safety systems, providing a calm driving experience for everyone.
Designed in Gothenburg, Sweden by Stefan Sielaff, the Zeekr 7X changes the luxury SUV game with its unique Hidden Energy design, golden body ratio, and sleek aerodynamic shape. It sports a 93-inch Integrated Smart Light Curtain, frameless doors, and a floating roof, giving it a modern and elegant look.
Drivers can express themselves with the car’s lighting system. The Integrated Smart Light Curtain, a world-first, features 1,831 LED lights that allow for over ten personalized light designs. Inside, the vehicle has ambient lighting with 256 colors, creating a luxurious atmosphere.
The interior includes NAPPA leather seats (only in the AWD Performance), adjustable seats, and electric window shades. The large panoramic sunroof (1.84m2) has a UV-protective shade and offers almost complete UV and heat insulation, perfect for hot Malaysian days.
Powered by the Qualcomm 8295 platform, the immersive cockpit showcases a 36-inch AR-HUD and a 16-inch mini-LED display for clear visuals. The sound system includes 21 speakers for a concert-like experience, and ergonomic seats have massage and ventilation options.
Each Zeekr 7X model promises a dynamic driving experience. The RWD Standard model combines efficiency with a 75kWh battery, offering a range of 480km (WLTP). The RWD Long Range variant extends this to 615km with a 100kWh battery. The top AWD Performance model delivers power with dual motors, 475kW, and advanced suspension, ensuring comfort even on rough terrain.
Safety is a priority, with the Zeekr 7X built to exceed industry standards. Its sturdy body structure improves stability and crash protection, earning a five-star EURO NCAP rating after extensive crash tests.
The Zeekr 7X features an advanced battery protection system with multiple safety layers. It includes a high-strength steel body, aluminum components, and smart safety systems like airbags, surround cameras, and monitoring systems to keep drivers alert and ensure passenger safety.
Additionally, it includes advanced driver assistance features like Automatic Lane Change, Adaptive Cruise Control, and more. Notably, it’s the world’s first electric vehicle to receive dual electromagnetic safety certification, setting a new standard for health and safety in electric cars.

The Zeekr 7X will be priced at RM179,800 (RWD Standard), RM190,800 (RWD Long Range), and the RM226,800 (AWD Performance), and includes:
- 5 years / 150,000km vehicle warranty
- 8 years / 160,000km high voltage battery warranty
- 1 year of complimentary connected services to access the Zeekr App, onboard navigation, and over-the-air (OTA) software updates
To ease the transition to EVs, the owner’s privilege package includes a 22kW wallbox charger and free solar tinting.
Choose from four exterior colors: Crystal White, Onyx Black, Tech Grey, and Forest Green, plus a Black interior. The AWD Performance model offers the dual-toned Brook Blue with a Silver Roof and Purple and White interior, along with a 21-inch forged wheel option at an extra cost.
