
Korean romantic comedy series, Yumi’s Cells, starring Kim Go-eun is returning for season three and will make its streaming debut on Monday, 13 April 2026 on HBO Max.




From one of TVING’s favorite series known for mixing animation with live-action, the new eight-episode drama focuses on Yu-mi’s (played by Kim Go-eun) journey as she becomes a successful writer and meets Soon-rok (played by Kim Jae-won), an aspiring producer. As she goes on new adventures and experiences a surprising romance, her ‘Cell Village’ comes to life again with stronger emotions.
Starring Kim Go-eun (Yumi’s Cells, Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, Little Women) and Kim Jaewon (Our Blues, Stealer: The Treasure Keeper), Yumi’s Cells Season three is directed by Lee Sang-yeob, with Han So-jin and Yu Seul-ki as Executive Producer and Producer, respectively. The series is produced by Studio Dragon, Merrycow, and Studio N.
