vivo Malaysia extends product warranties for customers in response to the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO)

In light of the recent implementation of Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) and National Recovery Plan (NRP) in selected areas, vivo service centres will remain closed until further notice. Meanwhile, any vivo product warranty that is due during the EMCO or NRP period in Malaysia will be extended for 30 days. 

Additionally, vivo Malaysia offers personalised one-to-one online service nationwide to better service customers remotely, providing them with a worry-free shopping experience and after-sales service. Customers can make an online appointment by following a few simple steps:

Step 3: Our vivo sales consultants will contact you to confirm on the appointment
