
Visa has announced the appointment of Previn Pillay as the new Visa Country Manager for Malaysia. Previn is a seasoned leader with the company and has 18 years of experience in leadership roles across Asia Pacific and CEMEA.
Most recently, Previn was the Head of Merchant Sales & Acquiring for Asia Pacific. He led teams that worked on Visa’s important partnerships with merchants in the region.
Before that, he was in charge of Digital Solutions for the area, helping banks, fintechs, and merchants use digital services like tokenization, contactless payments, and urban mobility solutions. Along with his work at Visa’s Asia Pacific headquarters, Previn also spent over 10 years in client management roles in Australia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
