Didi Group, the official importer and distributor of Vespa in Malaysia, has announced Vespa Day 2024, the largest Vespa event in Malaysia, to celebrate the brand’s 78th anniversary. Happening on 29 June 2024, from 2 PM to 11 PM at KL Base, Sg. Besi, this event promises a full day of excitement and nostalgia.
The event will begin with the thrilling Vespa Parade, where hundreds of Vespa enthusiasts will ride from KL Base – Dataran Merdeka – KL Base, showcasing their enduring love for these iconic scooters and transforming Kuala Lumpur’s streets into a vibrant sea of Vespa colours.
The event also include Vespa Museum as visitors get an exclusive first look at the latest Vespa models and a meticulously curated collection of classic Vespas dating back to the 1950s. This exhibit highlights Vespa’s rich history and its journey towards innovation and future design. The event also features a customized Vespa exhibition, where attendees can admire a diverse range of Vespas uniquely personalised by their owners, celebrating the creativity and individuality within the Vespa community.
Living up the festive atmosphere, there will be live performances by popular local artists including Gerhana Ska Cinta, Sonaone, Talitha, Bate, The WooHoo, Skudap Skudip, DJ Din Soulfaces and DJ Re Na. Throughout the day, engage in a variety of exciting games and activities, with opportunities for Vespa owners to win awards for the Best Classic Vespa and Best Modern Vespa.
