The event saw the attendance of esteemed celebrities and influential figures, such as Alicia Amin, Brian See, Cik Manggis, Awal Ashaari, Scha Alyahya, Azrel Ismail, and Eyka Farhana. Guests were immersed in the allure of TUMI’s latest offerings, exploring the vibrant and dynamic Spring 2024 Collection and the limited-edition Lunar New Year Collection, a collaboration with acclaimed artist Weber Zhang from Shanghai.
Inspired by the energy and diversity of Singapore, the Spring 2024 collection features architectural silhouettes, iridescent hardware, vibrant colorways, and unique textural elements.
Key pieces from the Voyageur, Georgica, ASRA, 19 Degree, and TUMI Travel Accessories collections highlighted the vivid shades of Acid Green, Halogen Blue, Purple/Sunset, and a multicolor Sentosa Sunset pattern inspired by the landscapes of Sentosa island. The Alpha Bravo series for men introduced a fresh Royal Blue Ombre colorway, while the Esports series and Nomadic Expedition capsule featured Red Ombre and Steel, respectively.
The Lunar New Year Collection draws inspiration from the excitement of travel and exploration, featuring auspicious cloud motifs and a dancing dragon across 11 products from the 19 Degree, Alpha Bravo, and Voyageur collections. Zhang’s dragon captures the spirit of freedom associated with the zodiac sign, bringing powerful energy and good fortune to journeys.
A few notable additions in conjunction with the Lunar New Year collection would be the 19 Degree International Expandable 4 Wheeled Carry-On now available in black to add a festive touch to the iconic hard-sided design. In the Voyageur series, functional items like the Halsey Backpack, Just In Case® Tote, and Charm Pouch showcase Zhang’s dancing dragon motif, celebrating the Lunar New Year. Alpha Bravo incorporates Zhang’s designs through embroidery, achieving a perfect balance of practicality and beauty.
The event offered an immersive experience, featuring personalized luggage tag engraving, a calligraphy workshop, notebook personalization and energetic beats by DJ Ashley Lau, creating a vibrant and celebratory atmosphere. In addition, guests were also enjoying their time at the “19 Degree moment” photobooth.
