Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia has launched its new 2024 range, including the Daytona 660, Scrambler 1200 series, and Tiger 900 models at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024.
Didi Group Chairman, Rewi Hamid Bugo expressed confidence in gaining market share with these new products. The company was recently awarded the UK’s Best Distributor globally for Highest Parts Clothing and Accessories per Unit, aligning with its goal of providing the best ownership experience to customers.

Triumph Daytona 660
The Triumph Daytona 660 is a midweight sports bike that redefines the segment with its thrilling performance and dynamic ride. Powering the sports bike is the 660cc triple engine, delivering 95PS peak power and 69Nm of peak torque, and a distinctive triple soundtrack. Its lightweight sports frame and top-quality suspension components, including Showa upside-down front forks and a Showa rear suspension unit, provide agile handling and precise control.
The Daytona 660 also features rider-focused technology, including ride-by-wire throttle, three riding modes (Sport, Road, and Rain), and traction control. The multi-functional instruments feature a colour TFT screen, compatible with the My Triumph Connectivity System for turn-by-turn navigation and phone interaction. Triumph Scrambler 1200 X and XE models
Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia’s 2024 Scrambler line-up includes the Scrambler 1200 X and XE models. These models set a new standard for performance and style in the Scrambler category, combining high-power Bonneville engines with off-road capability and premium finishes. The Scrambler 1200 X offers accessible adventure with generous specification, offering a seat height of 820mm and a 10,000-mile service interval.
The heart of the Scrambler 1200 X and XE models is the powerful 1200cc Bonneville twin engine and torque-rich Scrambler tune, both models deliver exhilarating performance for on and off-road adventures. The Scrambler is capable of outputting 90 PS / 89 bhp (66.2 kW) @ 7,000 rpm
and a maximum torque of 110 Nm (81.1 ft lb) @ 4,250 rpm.
The Scrambler 1200 XE takes adventure to new heights with updated features such as Brembo Stylema calipers, enhanced suspension, and improved touring capability. Its distinctive design and premium finishes set a new standard for modern classic style and off-road performance. Triumph’s Chief Product Officer, Steve Sargent, stated that the new Scrambler 1200 X sets an even higher bar for performance, capability, and modern classic style.
Both models feature advanced rider technology, including optimized cornering ABS, traction control, and five riding modes. High specification suspension ensures precise handling on any terrain, while state-of-the-art equipment like full-colour TFT instruments and USB charging enhance rider convenience and connectivity.

2024 Tiger 900 range
Triumph Motorcycles has unveiled the updated Tiger 900 range for 2024, featuring the Tiger 900 GT, GT Pro, and Rally Pro models. The new lineup offers enhanced performance and specification, with a 13% more powerful engine and higher peak torque compared to its predecessor. Active safety features include enhanced braking, an emergency deceleration warning system, and new marker lights for improved visibility.
According to Triumph, the engine for the 2024 Tiger 900 range can deliver 108PS of peak power and 90Nm of peak torque, along with improved tractability at lower revs. The new engine provides a more dynamic riding experience and up to 9% better fuel economy.
The 2024 Tiger 900 range also features 7” TFT instruments with updated graphics and menu systems, a USB-C cockpit charger, and My Triumph Bluetooth connectivity as standard. The redesigned rider seat offers improved long-distance comfort, while the handlebar mounting system and handlebar position have been optimized for a more comfortable ride.
The new Tiger 900 range also features a refreshed bodywork with a more integrated design, with dynamic paint schemes and graphics enhancing the aesthetic appeal. Key features such as optimised cornering ABS and traction control with IMU, multiple riding modes, all-LED lighting, Triumph Shift Assist, heated grips and seats, illuminated switches, tire pressure monitoring system, and Brembo Stylema Monobloc brakes are retained across all models.
The Tiger 900 range offers improved performance and capability, with model-specific suspension setups tailored for road and off-road riding. The GT and GT Pro models feature Marzocchi suspension, while the Rally Pro benefits from Showa suspension for unparalleled versatility.
